Kristin was the project manager for numerous scopes of work that fall under Sour Fish Events = Great/Gourdy’s Pumpkin Run + Hard Cider Run. These projects are some of Kristin’s all-time faves!!
For each of these brands and projects, Kristin was the lead PM. This also included numerous additional retainer scopes for ongoing work outside of the approved proposals.
The main project included updating the branding from Great Pumpkin Run to a new mascot and renaming the run. Kristin worked with the main stakeholders and the lead art director who was assigned to the project. After a thorough R&D phase, Gourdy became the new mascot!
Along with the website design and development, there was the logo design (that’s Gourdy & Gobbles) and other branding components. For each years race the art director created custom merch. This included numerous finisher medals (that double as a magnet), neck ribbons, lightweight hoodie, and runner bib. Occasionally there was other apparel designed.
