Ongoing Work
After the launch of the new website Kristin has continued to manage several ongoing projects and optimizations including CRO and SEO, along with apps Recharge, Rebuy, Wonderment, Assessibe, Govalo, Route, Superfiliate, Gorgias Help Center, and more.
Kristin was not only the ecommerce manager on this project, but also hands-on leading every phase and making all Shopify customizer updates to the website.
Kinder Beauty was looking to redesign their website, bringing the website into Shopify 2.0, applying new branding, and the ability to update and maintain the website as much as possible in-house (by Kristin). Another top priority was to improve the user experience and the Recharge beauty box subscription landing pages.
This project started with Kristin performing an in-depth tech audit identifying which apps could be consolidated/optimized to increase site speed and lower costs. Next, Kristin created an RFP that included a sitemap with new layouts and components which would need to be designed and developed. This included the CLP, PDP (with numerous templates), blog, subscription archive page, Recharge portal, and slide-out cart.
After onboarding with the chosen agency, Kristin worked closely with her CEO and Creative Director to ensure that the final designs were on brand and taking Kinder Beauty to the next level. After the approved designs were developed she performed a thorough QA/QC check and started the time-consuming process of bringing over all the final content, images, and layouts.
Prior to launching, Kristin ensured that all scripts, integrations, and SEO was brought over and best optimized.
Shortly after the launch Kristin implemented and customized new Shopify Email Notifications.
